Questions about plans
Why can I no longer sign up for the free plan?
Scraping and email cost money, and the free plan had no revenue behind it. It was also capped at 100 accounts and that cap is full. Basic took its place: free for 30 days, then €1.99 a month, VAT included.
I am on the free plan. Does anything change for me?
No. Your search keeps running once a day and your alert stays active. The plan is only closed to new accounts. We are not moving you to a paid plan.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see is the amount that leaves your account, and nothing is added at checkout. As a business in another EU country you can enter your VAT number during checkout.
Do I need a card for the 30 day trial?
Yes. We ask for a card so the plan continues by itself when the trial ends. Cancel within those 30 days and you pay nothing.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Speed. Basic checks your searches twice a day. Pro checks every 30 minutes, adds push and price drop alerts, and runs before the slower plans. A good listing can be booked within hours, so twice a day is fine for a relaxed search and too slow for a busy one.
What happens to my searches if I cancel?
They pause, they are not deleted. Your searches and the listings we already found stay saved, and starting a plan again resumes them. We email you once to say the alerts have stopped.
